Your Admin Team and Online Training
An orthodontic administrative team is made up of highly trained professionals who work together to ensure a seamless, efficient patient experience from the first point of contact through the completion of treatment. Scheduling coordinators/front desk team members manage appointments and optimize the daily flow of the practice, financial coordinators handle insurance verification, billing, and payment arrangements, and insurance coordinators handle insurance verification and billing. Your financial and insurance coordinator may or may not be the same person. Front desk team members also provide exceptional customer service, manage communications, and maintain accurate patient records. By combining strong organizational skills with effective communication and streamlined systems, the orthodontic administrative team helps improve practice efficiency, increase case acceptance, and create a welcoming, well-coordinated experience for every patient.
